We’re a small, in-house team of florists who genuinely love what we do. Since 2012, we’ve been hand-arranging bouquets from our shop on Balestier Road — not as a faceless online store, but as the kind of florist you’d actually want to call when something matters.
How We Started
Noble Florist began in 2012 with a simple frustration: we’d noticed that ordering flowers in Singapore had become weirdly impersonal. Big online stores were treating bouquets like takeaway food — fast, transactional, and somehow missing the point.
Flowers aren’t takeaway. Flowers are “I’m sorry.” Flowers are “Congratulations.” Flowers are “I’m thinking of you when you’re in the hospital.” Flowers are the thing your partner gets when you finally remember the anniversary at 4pm and need help at 4:01pm.
Every bouquet is somebody’s moment. So we built Noble Florist around that idea — small enough to remember our customers, local enough to genuinely care, and fast enough to save you when you’ve forgotten the date.

What “Personal Florist” Actually Means to Us
Anyone can put “personal” on their About page. Here’s what it actually looks like at Noble Florist:
🌹 Every bouquet is made by us — by hand, in-house
No outsourcing. No middleman studio. When you order a 99-rose bouquet for a proposal, it’s Ivy or someone on her team arranging it. When you order a get-well hand bouquet for a friend in hospital, we know it’s for hospital and we’ll choose blooms that hold up well in air-con and don’t have strong scents. We see your order.
📞 Call us at 2am — someone will pick up
Our hotline is 24/7 because life doesn’t always happen between 9 and 5. We’ve taken proposal-coordination calls at midnight, condolence orders at 6am, and frantic “the anniversary is TODAY?” calls at every hour you can imagine. Call us. +65 8787 6262 — really, any time.
🚚 Free same-day delivery before 5pm — no minimum order
No “spend $80 to qualify.” No “free if you live in District 9.” A $29 hand bouquet gets the same free same-day delivery as a $500 grand arrangement. We don’t think you should have to do mental math to send flowers.
⏱ 90-minute express target when you need it fast
Forgot the anniversary? Need flowers at the hospital before visiting hours end? Our internal target is 90 minutes from order to door, with a 3-hour guaranteed window. We’ve covered a lot of last-minute saves over the years.
🌺 Open every single day — including public holidays
Mother’s Day, Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali, Christmas, Valentine’s, 520, your random Tuesday in August — we’re open. Birthdays and condolences don’t pause for holidays, so neither do we.
🌙 After 5pm? We can still make it happen
Standard delivery cuts off at 5pm, but our 24/7 hotline can arrange after-hours delivery (a surcharge applies depending on time and destination). We’ve done late-night proposal setups at Marina Bay Sands, midnight birthday surprises, and early-morning hospital deliveries. Just call.
The People Behind the Bouquets
When you order from Noble Florist, you’re not ordering from a brand. You’re ordering from four people who know each other’s coffee orders. Here’s our team:
Lin
Co-Founder
Lin started Noble Florist in 2012 with the belief that flower delivery should feel like a favour from a friend, not a transaction. If you’ve ever called the hotline with a tricky order — a proposal that needed to land at exactly 7:42pm, or a condolence stand for someone you barely knew — there’s a good chance Lin was the one figuring it out.
Ivy Wong
Head of Design
Ivy is the reason our bouquets don’t look like everyone else’s. She has strong feelings about colour balance, baby’s breath placement, and why the wrap matters as much as the flowers. If you’ve received a Noble Florist bouquet that made you stop and stare for a second — that was Ivy.
Fanny Tan
Marketing & Sales
Fanny handles the bigger orders — corporate accounts, grand openings, the 999-rose proposals. She’s the one who’ll walk you through options when you’ve got a budget, a tight deadline, and absolutely no idea what to choose. Calm under pressure is her specialty.
Esther Tay
Customer Support
Esther is who you talk to when you call our hotline. She remembers regulars by name — the customer who orders sunflowers for his wife’s birthday every May 14th, the one who sends condolence wreaths twice a year. If we feel personal to you, it’s mostly because of Esther.

- If your bouquet doesn’t arrive fresh, we replace it. No questions.
- If we mess up the delivery time, we’ll make it right — even if “making it right” means a personal redelivery.
- If you’re not sure what to order, call us. We’d rather spend 10 minutes helping you choose than sell you the wrong thing.
- If it’s a sensitive moment — sympathy, illness, apology — we’ll handle it with the care it deserves.
- If you’re a regular, we’ll remember you. We genuinely will.
