ABOUT ORDER

Same Day Delivery

At Noble Florist we pride ourselves on our reliable same-day delivery service and guarantee same-day delivery if you place an order by 5 pm. The Good news is, this applies to Sundays and any public holidays.

 

How do I know you received my order?

Once you place the order, an automatic email confirmation of your order will be sent to the email address you have provided. If you don’t receive an email confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder or call our Customer Service hotline.

 

Can I change/ amend my order?

Contact our Customer Service to request changes to your order. To avoid any additional charges changes must be made 24 hours before the set delivery date. 

Please note that during peak periods such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and /or Public Holidays, Noble Florist reserves the right to not accept changes to any orders. 

 

ABOUT DELIVERY

Do you deliver anywhere in Singapore?

Our extensive delivery network covers 100% of Singapore’s main island.

 

How can I confirm my flowers have been delivered?

Real-time delivery notification. Once the flower is delivered, you will receive an email ring from us. You can also contact our CS to check on your delivery status anytime. 

 

What happens if I accidentally supply the wrong address?

To ensure a smooth flower delivery experience, please provide us with an accurate delivery address. If an incorrect delivery address is provided, the flower will be returned to the office and a $15 fee will be imposed to cover the cost for re-delivery and an administrative fee. Please note, we will not redo/ reproduce for re-delivery orders.

 

What if the recipient is not home upon delivery?

It is only when the courier thinks it would be unsafe to leave your flowers that your order will be returned to us. Otherwise, the flower will be placed safely right at the recipients’ doorsteps. 

 

Can I arrange for specific delivery timing?

If you require a specific delivery time or an Express service, please call our Customer Service Team to arrange and confirm delivery and to make an additional delivery fee payment
